Consistent with earlier behavior, the Mount Sinai neonatal medical staff has again dissapointed our family.
As you have probably read the story my wife posted a couple days ago, our follow-up with the NICU doctors did not go well. The bottom line is that there were two ways that the doctors and their combined office could have chosen to handle the matter.
1) Immediately apologize for their behavior, lack of respect for our time, forgetting about the apnea follow-up, and their poor management of their colleagues and office staff,
or
2) See letter below.

I'm glad he got his hearing aids. They do look troublesome to keep in. don't worry, it will get better with them. just remember how bad the monitor was when you first brought it home...

Nathali, So glad you commented on H&E's blog! My computer crashed back in June and I lost your blog! It is good to see how well Michael is doing! What a cutie and he has gotten so big!

What an amazing boy you have there! My little one got his aids at 8 months. I use the double sided sticky tape (Topstick)to keep them plastered to his head and it works for me.
